These three aspects constitute the professional competence of a good English teacher.
But the most important 
and most difficult part of the making of a good language teacher is the development of professional competence,which is the state or quality of being adequately qualified for the profession,and armed with a specific range of skill,strategies,knowledge, and ability.
这三个方面构成了一名优秀英语教师的专业能力要素（优秀标准）。但是，培养一名优秀的外语教师最重要、最困难的部分就是其专业能力的发展，也就是说教师是否能够达到其职业要求的标准，包括是否具一定的的
技能、策略、知识和能力。
