首要偏重一点，假定在街上或许其他场所与外国人搭讪时，有必要在问句前加上“excuse me”。

我们要特别留心，在北美国家对厕所/洗手间的称号是“washroom”而不是“toilet”，只需飞机上的简便厕所才被称为“toilet”。一般商场里边的洗手间都称为“washroom”而不是“toilet”，出国旅行千万不要说“toilet”避免让人发生不必要的误解。
