我国教育部考试中心与美国教育考试效能中心（ETS）12月11日在京联合发布托福iBT考试成果对接我国英语才能等级量表研讨作用。
China's Standards of English Language Ability, or CSE, the country's first standards for English proficiency, have been linked to the Test of English as a Foreign Language, which will further promote the international integration of China's foreign language assessment system, according to education authorities.

对接成果闪现了托福iBT考试阅览、听力、口语、写作等各有些及总分对应量表的有关等级。
By linking TOEFL test scores to the CSE, for example, a minimum overall score of 37 in TOEFL is equal to CSE Level 4, with the minimum scores of 4 in listening, 7 in reading, 13 in speaking and 13 in writing.
我国英语才能等级量表与托福考试成果对接后，托福总分最低分37分（听力4分、阅览7分、口语和写作各13分）恰当于我国英语才能等级量表中的四级。
我国教育部考试中心于涵副主任标明：

美国教育考试效能中心托福项目总司理穆罕默德-库沙（Mohammad Kousha）标明：

▌啥是托福考试？
托福考试（Test of English as a Foreign Language），英文简称TOEFL，这儿说到的iBT意思是internet-based test，即“网考”，于2006年起在我国施行，其时被业界称为“新托福”或许“托福网考”。与此前的托福考试比较，新托福添加了口语查验，选用全体评分的科学评分体系和取自于真实学术言语环境的语料库。
托福考试查询应试者运用及了解大学水平英语的才能（ability to use and understand English at the university level），并评价应试者归纳运用阅览、听力、口语及写作技能结束学术使命的才能（how well you combine your reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills 
to perform academic tasks）。
托福考试成果被全球150多个国家的多所高校以及机构所认可，在美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰等英语国家私有广泛认可度。自1964年以来，全球已有跨越3500万考生参加过托福考试（more than 35 million people from all over the world have taken the TOEFL test）。
联合国驻华机构和外企及合资公司在招聘职工时，世界钱银基金组织在评价雇员的英语水平常，也都选用托福考试成果。
▌啥是我国英语才能等级量表（China's Standards of English Language Ability，CSE）？
为推进我国外语教育变革与打开，培育具有世界视界、熟练运用外语、知晓世界规则的新年代人才，国务院在《关于深化考试招生准则变革的施行定见》中提出加强“外语才能测评体系缔造”的清楚需求。
其间，研发我国英语才能等级量表是外语才能测评体系缔造的重要使命。量表是首个面向我国学习者的英语才能标准，于2021年2月由教育部、国家言语文字作业委员会正式发布，其英译版于2021年12月1日正式发布。
量表根据我国英语学习者才能的实证研讨数据，一起充分思考各学段的需要，将我国英语学习者和运用者的英语言语才能从低到高分为一至九个等级，归为基础、前进、熟练三个期间。才能分处三个期间的学习者和运用者，别离称为初级学习者和运用者（elementary stage）、中级学习者和运用者（intermediate stage）、高档学习者和运用者（advanced stage）。
才能描绘规划包括言语了解才能（language comprehension）、言语表达才能（language expression）、语用才能（pragmatic ability）、言语常识（linguistic knowledge）、翻译才能（translation 
and interpreting）和言语运用战略（language use strategies）等方面的描绘规划。
