在雅思口语Part 2里边，烤鸭们最怕的就是有关art的论题，作业类标题没阅历过的可以意淫，可是描绘艺术品，真是检测咱们的愿望力和看图说话才能…… Part 1呈现art论题还能简略唐塞一下，Part 2的两分钟可真是难熬。所以，预备几段艺术品的描绘是特别必要的，它们可所以真实存在的，也可所以为了考试效能随意编造的，再来点儿这件艺术品不和的故事，不管是收购人的故事仍是创造者的故事都OK，时刻可以就满了。
There’s a life-size sculpture/statue on our high school campus, which really left a deep impression on me. It’s a girl with short hair who’s holding a book in her hands, looking up to the sky. And this sculpture is made of pure white marble, and it’s impeccably/perfectly carved, down to the very last detail. For example, we can clearly see her facial expression, which shows her thirst for knowledge. This sculpture is standing in front of our main teaching building, so every day I can walk past it when I’m on my way to school.
Our teacher told us that this sculpture is donated by a famous alumnus who’s now the CEO of a big company, but to be honest I couldn’t remember exactly what the company is. Anyway, h
is purpose is to encourage the students in our school to have big dreams and keep working hard for them. I think this sculpture also shows the spirit of our school, which is never give up, always dream high, and devote yourself to the things you love.
Every time I see this sculpture, I just feel so inspired and motivated, that’s why I like it.
