=Tell me what's wrong.

这个句型一般用来问询发生了啥事。假定要特别提及或人,可以在后边加上介词with,

eg:

1.-What's the matter, children?

怎么啦,孩子们?

children (n.) 孩子们(复数)

child (n.) 孩子(奇数)

-We are tired…and thirsty, Mum.

咱们累了…口也渴,母亲。

tired (adj.) 疲倦的;累的

1.sb +be(am,is,are)tired. ...很累。

2.sb feel(s) tired. ...感劳累。

3.sb look(s) tired. ...看起来累。

thirsty (adj.) 渴的

hungry (adj.) 饿的

4.tired and thirsty 又累又渴

5.tired and hungry 又累又饿

6.mum 母亲(口语,英式)

mom 母亲(口语,美式)

7.dad 父亲(口语)

sb / sth + be + adj.

...处于...(状况)

(1.)They are my children. They are young.

他们是我的孩子。他们还很小。

young (adj.) 年青的;年岁小的

奇数或不可以数名词 is

可数名词复数 are

窗户还开着呢。

still (adv.) 仍然;还

(3.)These ice creams are nice.

这些冰激凌真好吃。

【2.】There's=There is

There's + 不可以数名词 / a / an + 可数名词奇数 有…..

eg:Look! There's an ice cream man.

瞧!有个卖冰激凌的。

Look! 看!(致使留心,口气时刻短激烈)

1.ice cream 冰激凌

2.ice cream man 卖冰激凌的人

名词 + man ...的人

fireman (n.) 消防员

【3.】Two ice creams please.

请拿两份冰激凌。

sth please 请给我…

= Give us two ice creams ,please.

ice cream是物质名词。物质名词前加不定冠词a或基数词标明一种、一份、一客、一类、一阵等。

【4.】Sit down here.

坐在这儿吧。

1.sit down 坐下.

2.stand up 起立.

3.Have / Take a seat, please. 请坐。

seat (n.) 坐位

【5.】Are you all right now?

你们如今好些了吗?

1.all right(身体)没疑问的,没事的

(1.)I'm all right. / I feel all right.

我没事。

(2.)I don't feel well. / I don't feel all right.

我感触不舒畅。

2.all right 可承受的,满足的

Is the coffee all right?

咖啡还满足吧?

all right = alright(口语)

二、Part two.

there+be规划

在阐明或问询人、物等的存在时即可运用there+be规划。

there+be规划可将重要的新信息置于句末、以示偏重。

【1.】be根据后边的名词,假定该名词是奇数/不可以数用is,如是复数用are。

eg:

1.There's a man at the door.

门口有自个。

2.There is some apple juice in the bottle.

瓶子里有些苹果汁。

3.There are some strangers in the street.

大街上有一些陌生人。

【2.】There be 句型中的be 应和这今后呈现的弥补语在数上共同,即“就近原则”,

There be 后边是几个并排名词做补语时,动词be的方法和最接近它的那个名词坚持数的共同。

1.There is an ashtray and two bottles on the shelf.

架子上有一只烟灰缸和两个瓶子。

2.There are two bottles and an ashtray on the shelf.

架子上有两个瓶子和一个烟灰缸。

3.There are five books,two pens and a ruler in the school bag.

书包里有五本书,两支钢笔和一把尺子。

4.There is a ruler,two pens and five books in the school bag.

书包里有一把尺子,两支钢笔和五本书。

【3】假定补语是复数名词,却标明一笔金额或一个总数或表达一个单个概念时,则仍用奇数be方法

eg:

1.There is five hundred dollars to pay.

有五百美元要付。

2.There is still another 20 miles to drive.

还有20英里要开。

3.There is duck and green vegetables for supper.

晚餐有鸭和青菜。

1.渴的,口干的:

We're tired and thirsty.

2.(土地等)干旱的:

3.盼望的,盼望的(for,after):

【2.】matter(n.)

1.作业,作业:

(1.)It's a private matter.

这是件私事。

(2.)He's not very interested in financial matters.

他对财务方面的作业并不太感快乐喜爱。

2.费事事,困难:

1.I'm exhausted.

我很累。

exhausted (adj.) 筋疲力尽的;疲倦不堪的

sb's exhausted. ...精疲力尽。

2.Yeah, I'm just a little worn out.

是的,我就是有点累。

1.a little 一点儿

a little + adj. / adv. 有点儿…

2.worn out 疲倦不堪的

sb's worn out. ...累坏了。

3.My old shoes are worn out. I need to get a new pair.

我的旧鞋穿坏了。我要买双新的。

4.Clearly, we've both had a long day.

很显着,咱们都过了绵长的一天。
