Directions: Suppose you are writing a proposalto your school library about improving it' s services, you are writingabout its current problems and solutions.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing great! I am Li Ming, one of the sophomorestudents in our university. Following my recent experience of using ourschool library, I have decided to send you some feed-back. In the firstplace, the librarians there are not very friend-ly and helpful as theyoften fail to tell us where to find the book we want, and moreover getimpatient easily. What’s more, the books available in the library aretoo old to catch up with the latest development of related disciplines. Finally, the reading rooms are not bright enough as some of the lightshave gone dark. All these have brought great inconvenience to usstudents, which leaves me with no choice but to write you this letter.
From my perspective, it would be wise for you to offer all thelibrarians a training course to familiarize them with the layout of thelibrary and the classifications of the books. If possible, I sincerelyhope that you consider the possibility of renewing some of the books andmaintaining the facilities properly.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Look forward to your favorable reply.
Warm regards,
Li Ming

The actual value they a ttribute to diversity depends on thedecision-making per spective. Doubts about the practicability ofdiversity nav e a greater weight.
