The diagram 
illustrates clearly different proportions in ways of doingsports. The proportion of taking exercises all by oneself comes first,accounting for 54.3%，while other proportions like doing sports with friends andfamily members or taking part in group activities take up 47.3%, 23.9% and 15.
3%respectively.
Some possible reasons for the above-mentioned phenomenon could be listed asfollows: For one thing, with the booming of shared economy, the advance ofsports facilities and resources makes it possible for citizens to enjoy a moreintellectual way of doing sports. In the post-coronavirus period, a largeproportion of smart fitness centers, like Super Deer and Power House, havemushroomed and their group classes and payments of buying one with free one arewarmly-welcomed by young customers to build their family bonds while saving moremoney. For another, a comparative conservative attitude towards doing sports canexplain the preference for taking exercises alone. Doing sports, especially forthose who desire to lose weight, remains a private business. Therefore, they aremore likely to take exercises alone to keep fit 
and reconstruct theirconfidence.
To sum up, the high-technology has made a huge difference on changing ourways of life and reshaping the social characters. Undoubtedly, it is imperativefor us to make the most of the advantages and build a healthy body.
