Should parents reward children with money when they get good grades?

I do not think that parents should reward children with money for goodgrades because it undermines the benefits of learning.

Learning is an essential life-long skill that children must acquire, andgrades in school are only steps along the way. If children associate grades withmoney, they may not see the value of learning for the sake of betteringoneself.

Not only is knowledge reduced to financial gain, but students may alsole

arn less in class because they are focused on memorizing specific points topass a test rather than understanding the process of solving problems. Withoutsuch creative thinking skills, children are not well prepared for obstacles inthe world outside the classroom.

Therefore, it is better for parents not to reward good grades withmoney.
